Twice-Weekly Live Lessons On Zoom

These lessons take place via Zoom every Saturday and Sunday at 8am Los Angeles time.

You can see on the Bansuri Bliss Events page that these lessons have taken place consistently – every weekend – for the past several years. If you attend regularly, your bansuri playing WILL improve.

The personalized feedback you will receive at these members lessons will accelerate your learning tremendously. Feedback is what you never get from YouTube, as the teacher never hears you play and your errors go uncorrected.

Bansuri Bliss Composers Circle

As a Bansuri Bliss Member, you will receive free access to the Bansuri Bliss Composers Circle, a weekly online class focused on composition, transcription, and musical literacy. You will learn to read and write Indian classical music in a clear, concise, and aesthetically beautiful manner — by hand and using professional software like Adobe Illustrator. Whether composing your own music or just cleaning up your old class notes, you will receive direct feedback from Dr. Kerry Kriger, and join a global group of musicians committed to deepening their understanding of music through writing. Sessions are scheduled on weekdays at varied times, so that regardless of your time zone or schedule, you can attend at least occasionally.

Bansuri Bliss Gurubhais Matching Program

Each month, we’ll help match you with a gurubhai — a fellow student and practice partner — so that the two of you can meet privately online, helping you to stay motivated, build meaningful musical friendships and share knowledge with another flute player.

Bansuri Bliss Community

Members gain access to the Bansuri Bliss Community, our ad-free social networking software (hosted on Discord) that enables you to easily communicate with and learn from Dr. Kriger and fellow Bansuri Bliss Members. In the community, you can:
