Thank you so much for being part of the first year of Bansuri Bliss! I hope you achieved your musical goals this year. Here are some of my 2018 accomplishments in spreading the joy of bansuri to the world:
- Created the Bansuri Bliss Membership Site and published over 25 hours of brand new video tutorials and 60 pages of newly composed music to it.
- Gave 84 hour-long bansuri lessons.
- Published 32 freely-accessible, ads-free videos to the Bansuri Bliss YouTube Channel. In 2018, the channel received 141,010 minutes of watch time, educating bansuri players worldwide, around the clock, at no cost to them.
- Taught myself the technology necessary to write Indian classical music digitally, exactly how it should be written, and am thus heavily underway with my first book of music, which will be available in 2019.
- I performed live in Rajasthan, Delhi, Bangladesh, and filled the air with bansuri music in many unofficial settings. I played every single day!
- I built a brand new website (bansuribliss.com…still in its infancy), which will soon replace the site I built in 2008 (indianflutemusic.com)…and just today I wrote the first article for the website! The new article is called:
Combating Musical Literacy
Both the Bansuri Bliss website and the Bansuri Bliss Membership Site will experience massive growth in 2019. Thank you for your interest in bansuri and Bansuri Bliss!
“Happy New Year Kerry and best wishes for you and Bansuri Bliss. Your extraordinary work in the improvement and learning of the Bansuri and Classical Indian Music is for all of us enthusiasts a reason for inspiration.

“Namaste and Happy New Year!
Thank you for the huge amount of motivational energy that you pass on to your listeners and students, leaving us no chance to remain indifferent to the bansuri music. I wish you a lot of time and money for your projects in the New Year.
